NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, August 14, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Going from Kitchen to Court, famed restaurateur, author and 2017 James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Chef Michael Solomonov, is on board to prepare a multi-course feast for Israel Tennis & Education Centers Foundation annual fundraiser set for November 1, 2018 at Zavo in Manhattan.

The Israel Tennis & Education Centers Celebrity Chef Dinner is slated for Thursday, November 1st and will begin with a cocktail hour, starting at 6PM, followed by an intimate, seated multi-course dinner, chef meet and greet, wine-pairing, live auction and more, all benefiting scholarships to help vulnerable children overcome adversity through tennis and education at the Israel Tennis & Education Centers Foundation.
The menu will include some favorites from Solomonov’s highly-acclaimed restaurant, Zahav, in Philadelphia, where it typically takes months to get a reservation. However, for this very special occasion, the menu will be kosher (following traditional Jewish dietary laws), which is not the norm at his other eateries.

Israel Tennis & Education Centers Foundation is an organization dedicated to creating lasting peace in one of the most turbulent areas in the world.
