Jalaa was with his unit in Rafah when a missile struck, taking his life. He will forever be remembered as a hero who fought with unwavering courage in Gaza since October 7th. His sacrifice is a testament to his dedication and bravery.
This tragic event also gives us a moment to acknowledge the strong and enduring friendship we share with the Druze people. The Druze community is deeply committed to the state of Israel, serving alongside their comrades in the IDF with immense loyalty and often achieving high-ranking positions.
At ITEC, we are deeply honored to have a center within a Druze community. This allows us to contribute to and support a group of people who have shown such steadfast loyalty to Israel. The bond we share with the Druze is a cornerstone of our community, and we cherish the opportunity to give back to them.
